From repositioning former lender distressed properties with heavy value-add components to recapitalizing new class “A” assets, the team is well equipped to handle any apartment project in the sector. Our average partnership return since 2014 exceeds 30% IRR.

 

Newport RE Group’s growth plan over the next 5 years is to increase its investment portfolio size from 1,400 apartment units to 10,000. Currently, Newport RE Group sees the traditional value add of both workforce housing and the less traditional updating of newer product built in the early part of the 2000’s cycle providing excellent investment opportunities.
